- Maximum occupancy
- The maximum number of guests is limited to the number specified in the booking.
- An additional charge per person per night shall be added for guests exceeding the agreed number.
- Terms of the lease
- The vacation rental lease begins on and ends at the dates specified in the booking ("Check-in Date" and "Check-out Date").
- The check-in time on the Check-in Date shall be at 15:00 (3 PM) or later.
- The check-out time on the Check-Oot Date shall be no later than 12:00 (12 pm), or 16:00 (4 pm) if You have purchased the late check-out option ("Late Check-out).
- Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee set at NOK 3,000 unless discussed and agreed to in advance of the stay.

- Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least 24 hours' notice (unless in case of emergency).
